Olympus: A Retrospective or “Olympus” tells the behind-the-scenes story of the 70s British Sci-fi TV show, “The Olympus Chronicles.” It was created by the comedian Will Jacobs and features a team of comedians, actors, and improvisers who connected primarily through the NYC improv scene. The series was filmed in the Fall of 2019 and premiered its first episode at SeriesFest in Denver CO in May 2022, where it won the Best Pilot award in the Late Night category. The full show premiered a year later in June 2023 at a private screening event in New York City and, since then, can be found on youtube at the olympusretro page. It has been flatteringly compared to such mockumentaries as “Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace” and “American Vandal”. For more information on the cast and crew, you can visit the show’s imdb.
